We deliver high-end cleaning and sanitation in commercial SLO offices and businesses, enabling thousands of people to come to work and have a smile on their face when they see their immaculately clean desks and work environments. As part of our leadership culture, we are providing leadership training to a team of shift leaders to continue building a team capable of pushing forwards on our growth path of success and expansion.

Our work strategy revolves around a tight-knit group of four cleaners tackling around nine office buildings each evening, using innovative techniques to deliver an unparalleled cleaning standard. Very little customer interaction as available hours include weeknights from around 4:45 P.M. to 10:00 P.M., and 12:00 noon to 5:00 P.M. on Saturdays. Shift leaders are required to work a minimum of two shifts per week. Shift leadership at Kingdom Cleaning is a good opportunity for high-caliber people and leaders who need an extra ten, fifteen, or twenty hours of work per week and want to fill their evenings with something productive and rewarding.
